A noncompete agreement is common when working for major companies. This is a necessary form of protection for companies. However, in the state of California, noncompete agreements are illegal and against public policy. This creates is easier for California employees to hire the people that they want from out of state and there are no boundaries for them. There are a few notable exceptions. The first is when the owner is selling the goodwill in their business. The second is when there is a disassociation of a partnership. There seems to be some major benefits to you if you decide to use water for gas. Everyone can relate to the huge dent in their pocketbooks made by the astronomical and ridiculous price for gas now a days. The latest news says that within the next couple of years it could rise to around seven dollars per gallon! That is just absolutely crazy! I can picture many people turning to public transportation, giving up one of their cars, and prioritizing errands better so they don’t use their cars as much. Probably also an increase in car pools. Another option is to convert your car to burn water and less gas. This idea is just starting to come out to the public. Research it.

Last week, I went to the local theater to see a new magician that was coming through town. I have always been a fan of magic, or illusions, as they are called, so I couldn’t wait to go see the show. The illusionist’s name was Brock Gill. I couldn’t believe my eyes during some of his illusions! They were so incredible, especially because I knew they were fake. I am pretty certain the Brock Gill is my new favorite illusionist, he’s right up there with Randy Charach when he used to perform shows. His presentation was so funny and clever! I can’t wait to go see him soon. 

Who would have thought that Summertime would be a great time for TexMex chili? I can eat it year round. I love chili more than just about any other type of food. My favorite way to prepare my award winning chili is in a cast iron dutch oven on the grill fueled by seasoned mesquite wood! Yum!

I have very expensive taste, at least that is what my wife tells me. Whenever Christmas time rolls around my list is usually pretty short, but ends up being twice as expensive as my wifes. She usually just laughs at it and tells me that I need to be more realistic. I say that you might as well ask for what you really want and one day you might just get what you ask for. This past year my grandfather got a hold of my list and made my biggest dream come true. At the top of my list was a left hand drive audi. My grandfather had so much money that he was able to give me something great before he passed.

Have you noticed the new trend in handbags sports a giraffe print on very large bags?  It seems like everywhere I look I see someone carrying one.  I was looking for some cheap luggage for sale and came upon some of these giraffe print bags.  I got to thinking with as large as they are, and with all the pockets, it would make a practical carry-on bag, and an added benefit would be that I would be right in style.  I use this bag for everything, I even used it as a gym bag and last week grabbed it on my way to my friend’s beach cottage.  I got many compliments, and the darn thing cost me next to nothing.  I wonder what next year’s trend will be.

I really want to find out more information about how hard it is to run your car on water. I am hopeful with the prospects of being able to use water, a renewable resource, as fuel for my car however I need help in figuring out how to do it. I understand that there is a kit that must be installed into your vehicle however, I don’t know any of the steps of how that is done or if there is anyone in our area who could do it for me. If anyone has any useful information about what the steps are to having the kit installed, please let me know.

As today’s subjects are getting harder than they seem, it is very useful to find a game or software that will help students learn easily and have fun at the same time. Math software is getting much attention than they did before. Provided they are not lazy in opening and using it, math software teaches students the subject and gets rid of the frustrations of learning it. This software gives the students a more homey feel and does not really put them into a lot of pressure than learning the subject in the classroom. This will also help in reinforcing the knowledge they learned previously minus the shame of answering incorrectly and in front of an entire class of impish wannabe Math geniuses. It’s like being in class but you’re all alone and confident.

When your hired as a companies accountant you are responsible for a great deal. Accountants are not just those who keep the books, although that alone is a task worthy of a good pay grade. You are responsible in many regards for advising your company in where to invest their money, or rather in ways they could save money if they did things a different way. As an accountant you should possess many skills such as math, budgeting, and it helps to know about business strategy and investments alittle. A valuable accountant can help the company in many ways other than just doing the books.
