My Friend’s Weight Loss Diet Woes
My friend used to be very slim. She was even a contender in a state beauty contest. I met her again after several years and I was so surprised. She looked so heavy and bulky. I tried not to question her about it to avoid making her feel uncomfortable. At least I did not have to because she volunteered the story of her weight loss diet woes. She said she had a hard time losing the weight that she gained when she got pregnant. She has also developed a liking for foods which are fattening. But she also told me that is doing her best to control herself. I just hope she becomes successful with it.
