Too much business for some leads to more for others
I read an article the other day about a company that has too much business. And instead of just turning customers away, they are opening the door for other people who do what they do. They created a system that allows others to use their client base and sell them their planes, in exchange for fees for using the system. So not only do they continue to be able to sell planes, but they do not loose their potential sales down the road. By keeping the buyers in the market and keeping all the questions about airplanes answered, which leads to keeping everyone happy.
